Private jet charter Blade is no stranger to creating lavish travel deals, thanks to previous partnerships with the Equinox Hotel and a private apartment building in New York. Now the company is collaborating with two luxury hotels on a new experience that will take you from the concrete jungle of New York to the sunny beaches of Miami.
The Skyscrapers to Sand package allows you to spend two nights in each city, starting with a stay at James New York NoMad and ending at Gabriel South Beach. When it’s time to hop from the Big Apple to the 305, Blade has you covered: You’ll travel between the two locations on a BladeOne aircraft without waiting at the airport. A commercial-sized private jet seats 12 to 16 passengers on a two-and-a-half-hour journey. While you are in the air, a fully serviced flight will have cabin crew available to assist you with all your needs. You can use the pre-installed iPads on the plane for all your entertainment needs, and if you’re feeling a little peckish, take advantage of the in-flight dining menu, which includes Pearl Street Caviar.

You start your journey in the Big Apple at James New York in the NoMad district. Spend two nights at the 337-room hotel in a 1,050-square-foot luxury one-bedroom suite with a soaking tub and shower, a six-person dining table, and a separate living room. In between city walks, there will be a chance to use a modest $100 food and beverage credit for breakfast in bed. There’s even a swag bag including a luxurious weighted blanket and an aromatherapy eye pillow to help you relax on your flight down to the Sunshine State.
After landing in South Beach, the experience ends in Miami, where you will stay two nights at the Gabriel South Beach. After check-in, settle into your 475-square-foot suite on Ocean Drive while enjoying the water views. The accommodation has a sprawling sofa in a spacious, separate living room, a marble-topped coffee table and a spa-like bathroom. The 132-room property ensures that your private cabin is available whenever you decide to hit the coast.
“We are incredibly excited about our partnership with the Blade, working together to create this one-of-a-kind retreat,” Jeff Toscano, Highgate’s executive vice president of property management, who oversees both hotels, said in a statement emailed Robb’s message. James New York Nomad and Gabriel South Beach are uniquely positioned to offer guests the best of New York and South Beach, with superior offerings in each destination. Exclusive experiences like this continue to be a key point of differentiation for us across our portfolio of luxury Lifestyle Hotels.”
The offer is available now until April 2023, when the seasonal routes end.
Prices for the package start at $20,000 per person.
